Assistant Mentor Program

BSBA’s Assistant Mentor Program enables senior students the opportunity to learn, observe and participate in the delivery of our classes to junior students. Working directly with Student Mentors / Teachers, students who are selected to participate in this program will gain valuable training and experience providing a stepping stone to becoming a BSBA Student Mentor or external employment.

Responsibilities of our Assistant Mentors include:
– Taking class attendance
– Running warm up and cool down games
– Helping with management of students in class
– Collaborating with students to improve their creativity and skills
– Assisting BSBA during concerts/performances

Requirements for application:
– Applicants must be minimum 13 years old
– Applicants must have attended BSBA a minimum of one year (4 terms)
